![]() UFIT is pleased to provide access to free copies of Office 365 ProPlus to UF students, faculty, and staff. While the apps themselves are free and allow you to read files at no additional cost, you need a Microsoft Office account subscription in order to create or edit documents on the mobile device. The Office apps are available for both iOS and Android-based tablets. Microsoft Office now has features that allow you view and edit Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint documents on your phone or tablet and access those files remotely. In addition to file storage, OneDrive allows you to create and edit Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote documents within your web browser or on your mobile device. Cloud storage makes it easier to access files from different devices and locations-there is no need to save documents to a flash drive when traveling or using a different device. OneDrive UF provides 1TB of cloud file storage. To create or edit documents, spreadsheets, or powerpoints in Google Drive on your mobile device, you will need to download the apps for Google Docs, Google Sheets or Google Slides, but all those are available for free. #Microsoft access for mac uf portableWith Google Drive, you can store up to 15 GB of documents, photos, spreadsheets, and audio-visual material remotely and access them anywhere on your computer or portable device. These applications will allow you to review documents and make revisions on the go. ![]()
